Williams Refrigeration, part of Aga Foodservice Equipment, has supplied an advanced dual compartment external coldroom to the foodcourt operation at Legoland Windsor.
Legoland is one of the first projects Williams has undertaken that involves an external placing - most units are indoors. The unit, which features a pitched roof to allow effective drainage, will serve the Knights' Table Rotisserie at the heart of Legoland.
Phil Rogers, from Williams Southern - the company's regional contracting division - said: "Due to the expansion of catering facilities, the internal space available for food storage was significantly reduced. The external solution allowed us to solve this problem by freeing up space, while delivering the same performance as an indoor coldroom."
